While in the depths of our facilitation work, we saw that an increasing number of local leaders and groups had actionable ideas for effective programming but lacked the access to nonprofit structures and capacity-building resources. Over time, as we connected with larger agencies and organizations experiencing a similar deficit, we shifted to meet the need.
