From Compassion to Community Impact

Impactful Foundation, Inc. was established with a commitment to empowering individuals, supporting families, advancing education, improving access to healthcare, and strengthening underserved communities. Through charitable outreach and community-based initiatives, we seek to address practical needs while creating opportunities for lasting change.

Our healthcare mission is also deeply personal. Chris Chikwe lost his mother to complications of diabetes while she was living in Umuokorocha, Oru Ahiara, Ahiazu Mbaise LGA, Imo State, Nigeria, a rural community where access to preventive and primary healthcare services was limited.

Her experience left a lasting impact on our family and strengthened our belief in the importance of health education, preventive screening, early intervention, and ongoing management of chronic health conditions.

That experience helped inspire the development of THERESA COMMUNITY HEALTH & WELLNESS CENTRE, a community health facility being established in Umuokorocha to provide Primary Care & Behavioral Health Services.

Today, Impactful Foundation, Inc. continues its broader mission of supporting education, promoting health and wellness, assisting individuals and families in need, and developing initiatives that help communities become healthier, stronger, and more self-sustaining.
