The seminar aims to empower individuals and families with practical health information that supports healthier lifestyles and better long-term health outcomes.

Impactful Foundation Inc. invites residents of Umuokorocha and surrounding communities to participate in a free community health screening and wellness outreach at Theresa Community Health & Wellness Centre. The outreach will promote preventive healthcare, increase awareness of common health conditions, and encourage early identification of potential health concerns. Planned activities include vital-sign assessment, blood pressure and blood glucose (blood sugar) checks, diabetes and hypertension education, nutrition and wellness guidance, mental health awareness, and referrals for further medical evaluation when needed.
